Holistic healer and fitness coach Arielle Simone got her start after a health scare in 2011. While modeling in Paris and trying to accomplish an unrealistic amount of weight loss, Simone became incredibly ill. She found herself in a hospital diagnosed with gut and bowel issues accompanied by an unpleasant case of vertigo. Her recovery plan required a total change in both fitness and diet.
